The one event on the Dolphin club calendar where competitors from the Olympic and High Performance Squad can compete on a level playing field against Swim Channel swimmers is the annual inter-squad tenpin bowling competition. Most other squads were also represented with parents and helpers also getting in on the action as part of the Officials and Land Lovers teams.
With individual and team prizes up for grabs, competition was fierce throughout the evening amongst the 69 players. Junior Boys winner was Craig Harris whilst Junior Girls went to Laura Brown. In the Senior competition, Julian Forbes hustled his way to victory in the Mens with an amazing score of 153 with Jacky Gardo winning the Ladies competition with a respectable 134. Top squad yet again went to Masters following a fantastic run of 110+ scores by Jose Adam, Andy Alexander, Michelle Nelson, Mandy Smith, Mark Nelson and Bob Hills.
