The Annual General Meeting is to be held on
Sunday 21 November 2010
at the Health Hydro, Milton Road,
Swindon, at 2.00 pm.
The following Officers will be elected to the Executive Committee in accordance with 2.2(a) of the Constitution:
- President
- Chairman
- Club Secretary
- Treasurer
- Competition Secretary
- Membership Secretary
- Social Secretary
- Fixtures Secretary
- Welfare Officer
- Water Polo Secretary
- Health & Safety Officer
- Club Captain
A further 12 Committee Members will be elected to fill some or all the following roles in accordance with 2.2(e) of the Constitution (allocation of specific roles to the 12 Committee Members will take place at the next Executive Committee Meeting following the AGM)
- Vice Chairman
- ASA Registrations Officer
- Assistant Membership Secretary
- Coaching/Teaching Liaison Officer
- Disability Liaison Officer
- Small Pool Representative
- Swim 21 Co-ordinator
- Swim Shop
- Trophy Steward
- Volunteer Co-ordinator
