Notification is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held on Sunday 22 July 2012, at The Health Hydro, Milton Road, Swindon at 4.30 pm.
The purpose of the EGM is to elect the following Officer:
- Chairman
Nominations properly proposed and seconded must to be returned to the Club Secretary 15 days prior to the meeting. Download the nomination form here.
All members present over the age of fourteen years are entitled to vote. A non-member parent present may use the vote of an underage member. It is not necessary for the underage member to be present.
